Refund Policy 

Eligibility

You may request a refund or exchange if: 

 - The product arrives damaged or defective. 

 - You receive the wrong item. 

 - The product does not match the description. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns for used candles or personalised/custom items unless they are damaged during delivery. 

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error.
